Justin Ganley

Inspection Manager

Justin Ganley has been a valued member of the Carley Foundry team since 2012 and serves as Inspection Manager. With extensive experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) and casting evaluation, Justin plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of castings produced at Carley Foundry. He holds a Level III certification in Penetrant Testing, demonstrating advanced expertise in inspection processes and quality assurance.

As Inspection Manager, Justin oversees the Penetrant Inspection, Visual Inspection, Special Processes, and Material Test Lab departments, including borescope inspections and ultrasonic thickness testing. He is responsible for training and developing inspection personnel, maintaining compliance with customer specifications and industry requirements, and supporting customer and third-party audits.

Justin's technical expertise, attention to detail, and leadership help ensure Carley Foundry consistently delivers castings that meet the highest standards for quality, reliability, and performance.
