With an AS9100 certified Quality System and a broad range of certified in-house special process and inspection capabilities, Carley Foundry has the resources necessary to meet your strict quality requirements.
Carley Foundry holds third party Nadcap accreditation for special processes including: Heat Treat, Materials Test Lab (Mechanical, Chemical, and Hardness Testing), Nondestructive Testing [Radiographic (film and digital) and Fluorescent Liquid Penetrant], and Welding. Having these special processes in-house reduces our lead times and gives us a high level of confidence in our results.
Carley Foundry uses a variety of inspection and quality control methods to insure that our customers are provided with the highest quality castings possible. In-process, dimensional, boroscope, NDT, metallurgical, and visual inspections (or any combination there of) can be implemented to ensure the necessary quality levels are maintained.
